The Membership Committee would like to introduce the roll out of a new program. The “Chapter Ambassador” program is designed to help new members and prospective members feel welcome and get them acclimated into the chapter.

We are looking for experienced members who would like to get involved in meeting more members, and assist others in becoming involved in the chapter.

As a volunteer in this program, you should be willing to do the following:

1. Initiate contact with new members and set up a time to meet at a monthly meeting or meet with prospective members who have registered to attend a monthly meeting.
2. Answer questions regarding the KBC MPI chapter.
3. Introduce new members to committee opportunities or encourage prospective member’s membership.
4. Introduce new members and prospective members to others in the chapter.
5. Be willing to attend at least 50% of the monthly meetings and have at least 3 years experience in the industry..

Members will be paired with new members on a monthly basis prior to the monthly meeting. Members will be paired with any prospective members attending the monthly meeting one week prior to the meeting or as soon as their registration is received.
