As part of the chapter’s multi-cultural awareness, we are working with World Affairs Council of KY/Southern IN. They are currently looking for host families for some Serbian students age 17. The World Affairs Council is seeking Host Families for 6 Serbian teenagers (5 females, 1 male) all age 17 for the dates of April 25 – May 10, 2010. During their stay, the delegates will be working each day in downtown Louisville on the creation of a publicity campaign. Transportation is provided for the students and is not required from the Host Families. The World Affairs Council simply asks that the host family include the Serbian teens in their family life, keep them safe, provide them with breakfast and dinner, and make them feel so at home here in Louisville.
