2. Assists with management of on-site staffing and registration, while
supervising, assigning and directing work of Program Assistants; resolves on-site emergencies; and organizes and promotes pre- and post-event tours.

development staff in developing slides and presentations; prepares name tags, stipend letters, binders, etc.; and prepares packages for shipping.

4. Works with production coordination staff regarding program
materials, promotional advertising and mailings.

5. Tracks communications to faculty, participants, and corporate
sponsors of each educational program; maintains and updates meeting database, as necessary; and conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.

6. Organizes and maintains filing systems for proposals, contracts, and
budgets; files correspondence and other records; and assists personnel in overall ommunications and operations of the office, as necessary.

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in related field;
EXPERIENCE: One to two years of related experience in project management, office management;
